Kripalu R&R - Day Pass

Treat yourself to a day of Kripalu R&R and you’ll feel like a whole new person! You can arrive as early as 6:00 am and stay through the evening activity. Whether you want a busy day full of exciting classes and options or a slow, relaxing opportunity to get quiet and go within, you’ll find what you need at Kripalu.

Day Guest quantities are limited and pre-registration is required.

What’s included in your Day Pass?

Three Delicious All-Natural Meals
The Kripalu Kitchen is renowned for serving mouthwatering dishes that deliver both flavor and nutrition, with plenty of options to meet various dietary needs. Breakfast is served from 7:00–8:30 am.

Participation in R&R Workshops
Daily workshops begin at 9:00 am. Topics include yoga, meditation, mindful living, coping with loss, nutrition, and more.

Daily Yoga Classes
Yoga classes are offered seven days a week in varying levels mornings, afternoons, and some evenings.

Kripalu YogaDance^®
A longstanding and popular Kripalu tradition offered at noon every day, Kripalu YogaDance^® classes provide an invigorating movement experience (with great music!) for people at all levels of fitness.

Evening Events and Activities (excludes special ticketed events)
There’s something happening 365 evenings a year—from cooking classes to workshop samplers to chanting events, and more.

Access to Kripalu’s Amenities
Sauna, labyrinth, walking and hiking trails, lakefront beach area, fitness room, cafe, and bookshop.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made two or more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made one day prior to arrival will receive a 50 percent credit to use toward a future date; the remaining balance will be forfeited. There are no refunds for cancellations made the anticipated day of arrival.
